Relationship to Diabetes

Hi, I'm Ella and this is my first visit. I am type 2 on metformin 850mg twice a day. Last Hba1C was 53 in November 2016. I have three boys and 2 cats with 2 gerbils (4 have died of old age). Working full time. I admit to being (very) overweight with BG of anything from 3.5mmols to 13.5mmols. Just bored with the whole diet thing.
 
Welcome to the forum Ellat257. Losing weight is tough and boring at times. The Weight Loss Group of this forum could help, so do look there.
 
Hi Ella, welcome to the group....

Diets need to be sustainable for them to work, that's why I have no specific plan.... Just eat what I like (but without the carbs)
