Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hi, been borderline type 2 for over ten years, my doctor now says I am no longer borderline although I am unmedicated and have not had any effects of it as far as I know. Eye tests are fine and feet are also fine. Just recently I have started doing more exercise with the aid of a Fitbit and are achieving most times over ten thousand steps a day. Still working and due to retire next year but may very well stay on. Also hope to stay unmedicated my wife does a wonderful job of keeping me on the straight and narrow with regard to my diet.

Phil.

Welcome Philip. This is a friendly helpful site. Keep up the good work with your exercise. Good that you appreciate your wife's efforts to keep you well. She has a vested interest
