Hi there - I'm Steve, I'm 41, diagnosed with Type 2 3 years ago.

Went onto Metformin three months ago and have been struggling a little. Look forward to chatting with you guys!

Well, weight is my major long term issue.

My issue right now are staph skin infections which seem to pop up every couple of months. I have one right now. On my face, my arms and my groin area. Feeling really blighted right now... 😡

As you mention weight being an issue - we have a section of the board for ideas, encouragement etc for losing body weight and keeping it off.
