Hi everyone

I'm Vanessa, and I'm new to this site but not to diabetes. I was diagnosed with Type 1 about 14 years ago and have always coped pretty well but my husband and I are trying for a baby so I though the more support I could get the better 😱

I'm 32 years old and live in Broughton Astley, Leicestershire. I have a boring day job but also have a part time cake making and decorating business, which I sometimes think is an ironic profession for someone with diabetes 😛
