Hey,

I've been type one diabetic for the last eighteen years, I just never thought to look for a diabetic forum 🙄. When I found my way here I thought I'd register and say hi.🙂

Hi half-inch (oops, keyboard troubles, you'll have to excuse me😛),

Similar story to mine - ie. long-term T1 only recently interested in joining up.
Fear not, it's quite a useful place to come, with loads of experiences from others in similar situations, as well as links to useful info.

Some of the threads are quite amusing as well, which helps 🙂

Hi Halfhinch, I too only found this place a couple of years ago, I'm 20 years down the line of having type 1! I was diagnosed when I was 2. Stick around and ask as many questions as you like.

Hi Halfhinch and a warm welcome to this wonderful forum x
