Welcome to the forum, wow you have done brilliantly with your weight loss, hopefully that will be reflected in an HbA1C in the normal range when you next get your test done. It is usually wise to get a repeat test 3 months after diagnosis just to check the measures you have taken have been effective.

Hello and welcome to the forum 🙂

Well done! You should be really proud of yourself, you've put in a lot of work to live a healthier lifestyle and I hope it's reflected in the hbA1c.

What helpful changes did you make to your diet?

After research i have changed my diet to more chicken and fish limiting my carbs to 130 g a day i use an app call Nutra check to track carbs and fats etc i also use a website called seriously low carbs, the rolls are only 4.4 g of carbs and they are nice rolls and the wraps are low, i have joined a gym and swim regularly

Great news on the weight loss! And great to hear you’ve made such positive changes in response to your risk of diabetes.

Hopefully you will get some encouraging results at your follow-up HbA1c check.
