Hi and welcome.

Would you like to share more information about how you manage your diabetes. Things like type and amount of medication (if any) or if diet and exercise controlled and perhaps your most recent HbA1c result. BMI can also be helpful sometimes if you are happy to share this info.
Knowing this information gives us a better understanding of where you are on your diabetes journey and can help us tailor our responses to any queries more appropriately to your situation.
Any other information regarding other conditions or complications can also be helpful

Feel free to ask for whatever advice you are seeking from the forum. If you post your query here along with the above info it will help people to tailor their advice accordingly.

Welcome to the forum @Guybrush77

Feel free to browse around and make yourself at home. We are a friendly bunch, and there are literally centuries of lived diabetes experience on the forum, so ask away with any questions, or just rant and moan among people who instinctively ‘get it’.

Diabetes can be a lonely and isolating experience, and it can be very helpful to have others alongside you who are travelling along a similar path.

Cheers and it'll be a good place to also moan and offload like you say as well as support each other. As for other info Rebecca, I'm type 2, meds I take are number of them including metformin, statin, aspirin, stipglipten, and biospromol. In terms of bmi haven't a clue but I was classed as obese. Most of which is controlled with diet and exercise.
