Welcome to the forum 🙂 Say hello to Norfolk for me as I spent many a happy year as a child there.

Hello Yogi, and welcome. I’m glad you found us and enjoy browsing the posts.

Hi Yogi, welcome to the forum 🙂. Ask away.

Hi. I am new and just joined. I have been out on a diet from dietician which is a bit boring. I am type 2 and have been struggling to keep levels in range the last month. I hope it all goes well for you all.

Thank you all for the welcome. I’m still trying to get my head around levels etc. I know mine were high, along with heart disease, osteoarthritis and CODP I’m aiming to get the alphabet in conditions . I’m afraid I have a warped sense of humour.
Wishing you all well
