Hi Meg welcome tonthe forum. Are the highs you are having on waking up or after breakfast. If after breafast can you say what you have for breakfast.
 
Hi from me to ....have a good look round no questions are regarded silly here ....it confused me to regarding high bs when I hadnothing to eat all night ...what it is that the ole liver dumps gulcose into our bodies to prepare us to wake up 😡 look up dawn phenomenon
