Hi I am Chris Reeves from Bude UK, I have been type 2 since about 1997, I have been on metformin 500mg 2 twice a day for years now been put on insulin 28 units a day, first thing in morning plus still the metformin.
Just come on to say Hi for the moment.

When I was a kid, I thought Bude was just a Light Pacific Bulleid steam engine, 34006. Now I know Bude has a lovely preserved steam railway. Lucky man, Chris🙂

Hi Mike, Sorry to say all railway was ripped up and all gone back in the 1970s, nothing left ro even show were the railway was now.
