Hello, I'm a newbie on this board. I received a prediabetes diagnosis recently. Hoping to successful treatment.

Hello @mirandaowl a hearty welcome to the forum 🙂. As a pre-diabetic you have the chance to with the help of others with experience to maintain your present condition. I suppose food is going to be the biggest problem if any, just keep a record of your daily intake if you are not sure come back to the forum with some details, help is at hand.

Hi there! Been diabetic 16 years and only just found that Diabetes UK has a forum.
Hi Harriet, welcome to the forum. I have learnt loads from being on this forum and improved my management of my T1 in so many ways. It will be great to have your input with many years experience.
