Pepperami's work for me as well, and sugar free jelly with berries in it for when I want a sweet fix.
I've been wanting a pepperami for ages just keep forgetting to buy them haha x

As anyone had spikes in readings after eating melon ? Though this would be okay in middle afternoon but boy did it increase my reading when I tested before dinner tonight

What type of melon was it

Honeydew , my second favourite melon. Ive just looked it up. Their is 9 g carbs per 100 g . I'm assuming thats the weight without the rind.

I love pepperamis for a low carb snack. Along with cheese strings, I know I know they're plastic cheese but taste so good and zero carbs!

Sugar free jelly is a good call, would definitely recommend trying it with a bit of double cream!
