That is said to be a good course (not taken it myself) The CEO of that organisation is a Type 2 Diabetic (in remission) herself.
I had an excellent tutor, he was very empathetic and offered to help me if needed. He knew a lot, sadly I think he may well have left.
 
Hello @Karen witt Just to say that you are not all that high on the Hba1c range I started off at 91 and could get back to normal numbers pretty quickly and easily - plus I lost weight which I'd been failing to do on the GP printout high carb diet - I was almost spherical at diagnosis so I have had to rejig my wardrobe quite a bit in the last 5 years.
I went back to low carb eating from the moment I was diagnosed as I did Atkins when I could get away with it as it always made me feel so much better than when having to follow the so called healthy diet.
