Hi I,m chris - 16 yrs type 1 diabetes - last 5 years have been on the pump - personaly I prefer the pump - logged on here to see if theres anything new or ground breaking in our shared complaint - you never know a downloadable fully functioning pancreas could be just round the corner :D
 
Hi Chris, welcome to the forum! Still looking for the downloadable pancreas (hope Bill Gates isn't in charge!), but there's so much happening you never know!🙂

My son is 11 and started on the pump 2 days ago - he loves it and so do we! Take a look at the 'pumpers thread' i am sure you will be able to give us all some great advice!🙂Bev
