New prediabetes diagnosis, question re oats?

Thank you so much, it’s all a bit overwhelming at the minute but I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it all
I always say testing not only tells you what foods you should cut out or restrict your portion but what foods you can safely have which you may have otherwise rejected.
So a win win.

Thank you Leadinglights, yes it definitely makes complete sense to do it, there just seems so much that I’ve got to get my head around. I’ll get there I’m sure, I’m amazed at how confident and knowledgeable everyone on here is!
