Welcome to the forums @Ramona4, a place of information, support and help. To help others provide appropriate information, and suggestions it is helpful if you share some information about things like your HbA1c result and any other information about your diagnosis. There is no requirement to do this and you should only share information that you are comfortable with.

The forums are and the Diabetes UK website are great places to find information about diabetes, to understand why you should be getting as someone with diabetes and to get information and ideas about how you can bring this under control. Feel free to ask any questions, there is no such thing as a silly question, and ranting and venting are also acceptable uses as most of us have some emotional response to what is often a difficult change to come to terms with.

Welcome to the forum @Ramona4

How long have you been living with diabetes? How have you been finding things?

I note from your other thread that you’ve been feeling a bit off since your doses of Metformin have been increased?
