Hi and welcome.

Would you like to tell us a bit about how your elevated BG levels were discovered and what if any medical/dietary advice you have been given?
Do you have much/any weight to lose?
Are you able to be physically active? Walking is one of the best exercises for diabetes, so it doesn't have to be anything overly exertive and on a day like today, with the sun shining and the sky blue, what's not to love, especially now it is lighter on an evening if you are busy at work through the day.

Make yourself at home here and feel free to ask whatever questions you have.

Welcome to the forum @Konehart

Have you only recently been told you are at risk of diabetes? Or is it something you’ve been living with and managing for some time?

Hopefully with a few modest tweaks and changes to your menu, with an aim to cut out sweet and sugary things and also moderate portion sizes of ‘starchy’ carbohydrates will help your body cope better with your menu, and see your HbA1c ease back down below the ‘at risk’ zone. 🙂

Adding some gentle exercise and activity can be really helpful too.
