Like hey said.

Hello and welcome.

Hullo and welcome to the site. I am new here, too, and have never contacted diabetes uk before.
As you have been a type II for twenty years, have they put you on insulin yet? I have been trying to monitor my diet for several years, but lapse all the time. Now I am told that I must go on insulin as my readings are high. Really terrified of coping with insulin.
