Relationship to Diabetes

I was diagnosed diabetic in 2018 with a score that was 90+ .I am now at about 55 and cant seem to consistently get a lot lower. I am 75, married, 2 kids, a Scouser, living in Cambridge.

Well done on your terrific HbA1c reduction! You should feel proud of yourself. Did you aim for weight loss or a reduction in the carb content of your menu to help you improve your glucose levels?

Have you ever used a BG meter to help fine-tune your meals?
