Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hello. I’m type 2 diagnosed 4 years ago. Started as GD. I was doing so well with my diet and checking my sugars. And now I’ve lost control. My after meal sugars are the worst. Up to 16-18. I’m hoping by joining I can get some healpful tips and encouragement.

HI and welcome to the forum 🙂
What kinds of things are you eating?
xx

Hi Kristy3 welcome to the forum. Also what meds if any are you on for Diabetes.

I can only encourage you to reduce the high carb foods touted as being healthy and eat only the carbs you can cope with.
The cholesterol lowering diet I was on cause me to gain weight and did nothing to reduce my cholesterol, then I was diagnosed and went back to low carb.
