I will give those breads a try. I'm sure I will get the hang of this diabetes malarkey sometime in the near future lol
 
Hi Psycon

I'm new to this as well.

I'm still trying to work out what's best. The Burgen bread has worked out ok for me for breakfast, and so has another one I have tried - It's Allinson Sunflower & Pumpkin batch loaf (19.2g Carb, 1.4g Carb of Sugar). A slice, even 2 of that has been good (for me anyway), and it's tasty to boot!

Welcome to the boards. I'm new at this too and it takes lots of trial and error to find the best foods but well worth it 😛
