Hi @Timso, Like the others have said those readings are all pretty normal for a non-diabetic and not typical of being prediabetic, can I ask what led you to test yourself, did you have symptoms you were worried about?

Only because I have as padding more wee but I’m also in menopause (pre) so that’s a symptom of that aswell so ‍♀️

I do drink a lot though lol
Has this ben going on a long time or just the last few weeks or days as things like UTI and some people have a sensitive bladder which things like caffeine can affect it causing frequency and urgency.
It would be better to discuss with your GP and ask for an HbA1C test to check your blood glucose rather than second guessing.

No only last week or so I do drink a lot of tea
You could try decaffeinated tea to see if it helps.
My daughter had something similar when at Uni, she had previously had a kidney infection and had been advised to drink plenty but she was drinking normal tea and had to keep rushing to the loo and went to the doc who said she had a sensitive bladder and to try decaf and drink less and that seemed to do the trick.

Ash yes that sounds a good idea as I must drink around 9 cups a day
