How long have you been living with diabetes?

How are you getting on?

Is there anything you are finding particularly difficult at the moment? Or another reason that prompted you to join us?
 
Hi I was diagnosed just before Christmas I was disappointed thought omg what am I going to eat.
Everything I like was on the red list or at least the amber list. I read up on the condition and found quite a few things I could have with a bit of compromise.I am on metformin and atorvastatin and I have lost two stone so far and it seems to be keeping my type 2 diabetes under control
