Says his name is Stanley the Swamphen.

He comes bounding through the reeds looking for sunflower seeds when he spots me walking through the wetlands. It's like having a little dinosaur buddy 🙂

Looks like an overgrown moorhen on stilts. Is he noisy?

They have a group bleating kind of thing but not so noisy compared to the cockatoos, maggies and corellas which hang around in the same area.
