Diabetes isn’t specifically mentioned in the list of criteria.
The only heading we might come under is the 'more susceptible to infections' which probably depends on how tight our control is, individually.
 
My wife who had a kidney transplant in the Summer had her letter today. As diabetics we don't need to worry if our BS is under reasonable control
