Was diagnosed a few weeks ago. Not given much info about what can or cant eat. Had a look on the main site and helped a bit. Been eating loads crisps and the such. So have cut these out and any other nasties too. Reduced other carbs such as mash potatoes, pasta, rice etc. Being very aware of my portion sizes and making sure I eat leafy veg as well as good protein I.e. chicken, eggs and switched to pulses too. Am I on the right track? What I can't get over is feeling hungry after a meal is this normal. I had a horrid few.days just before Christmas when on a trip to London, sweating and peeing for England. it was so embarrassing.
