Oh dear that must be disappointing that your HbA1C has gone up. It would be useful to know what it is and are you on any medication.
I would suspect that the dietary changes you made have not been sufficient and you may need to look more carefully at your carbohydrate intake, that is ALL carbs not just sugar.
Were you given any advice about dietary changes as that is the most important thing you can do to bring glucose levels down.

How did the appointment go today @E3von ?

Hope it was helpful and that you and the nurse were able to discuss a plan of action. How have you been managing your diabetes so far? Have you been taking any medication?
