You can get the carbs and Cals app which was a lot cheaper I don’t know whether you can get it in Australia but I got the book and I got the app
Hey mage 1 , I can but the app isn’t free unfortnately . But I’ll defianetly consider getting it .
 
Hi @Jacinta (Australian) - the chances are pretty high that you are already eating around 1500kcal per day with your low carb diet as you are already losing weight. You have already cut out a lot of the problem foods that are high calorie because they are also high carb. Keep going as you are.

Thankyou so much ellsbells , I defiantly will be as I have noticed a difference a lot being on low carb .
