i have so messed up my diabetic journry that i need to restart from day 1 am going to see my gp in next few days and tell him everything from the mixed meals i have had to the non taking of meds i hope he can forgive me Im scared i have really messed things up
Gail take a big breath. You can do this. It's not possible to get the diabetes right all of the time. I know there are lots of times that I've done the wrong things but once you realise that you want to start again that is very good. Don't be afraid of seeing your GP, your GP is there to help you. Big hugs xx

Hi Gail, I am sure your GP will understand and want to help and support you. Good for you on making the decision and making positive steps towards getting help 🙂 Take care.
Very sorry to hear that you're going through another bad patch (I suppose it's at least partly the dreaded black frog again -- I know that feeling all too well). Still, you know we're here for you.
Maybe see you in Birmingham? That's something to look forward to (OK, not seeing me as such, but the rest of us...)
