ive not tested my blood sugars for months as ran out , the other i had a funny turn shaky feeling sick and shaky legs i felt better after eating, i brought some strips and this morning before breakast i was 10.5 then i tested 3hrs after lunch i was 10.7 .
i have lasped bit since xmas not eating the right food . these reading have shocked me abit and from tomorrow i am starting afresh.

Good Luck Stacey! It's human ( despite not being healthy) to let go a bit sometimes, but great that you're taking bull by horns and you're planning to pick yourself up!
