Hello, I am 57 years, type 2 diabetic since 2013, my last sugar hba1c was 61, I am just wondering if you could suggest breakfast, lunch,dinner menus for me as I believe I am not eating enough, I dont have big appetite, I am not a big eater of sweets etc, maybe bar of milk chocolate but it's impossible to get sugar FREE ,there are no added sugar but that wont do as there is sugar in the no added sugar ones. Any suggestions please, I am on 3 x Metaformin a day and 1x Forixga, I admit I dont sleep well at night and sometimes miss a breakfast unless I have it at 6am. I am presently eating porridge with low fat yoghurt. Can you tell me how do I judge the sugar content, portion etc as I am definitely doing something wrong. I cant excercise much due to having leg lymphodema, but I go on short walks. I need to get motivated more and appreciate any support, advice. Thank you in advance. All suggestions very welcome.
