Hi everyone, hope all are well.
My name is David Kinzett, 42, and have decided that today is the day I begin to make a difference. I have registered an account and will shortly become a member and will begin the journey of promoting this fantastic charity.
I will keep it brief to the reason behind the passion for this, 12 years ago I lost my mum because of diabetes, she was only 45, and now my younger sister who also has Type 1 diabetes, sadly lost a leg last year and now back in hospital with other complications because of diabetes.
Enough is enough I will make it my life ambition to work alongside Diabetes UK and promote this charity, raise awareness, raise money, give all the support and help I can. I have spoken to my sister who is currently in the Isle Of Wight Hospital (Gemma Kinzett) and want to create awareness to other people of the consequences around bad health and lifestyle choices, to prevent further cases.
My aim is to link more people together that suffer the same experiences and support not just the physical aspects but the mental suffering that goes with.
I'm new to this but will be making contacts and arranging what i can to make this difference, and if anyone who reads this wants to help me or have any useful info please get in touch.
