2.3😱 was at sainsburys so downed half a bottle of lucazade and munched on some oat cakes whilst walking aroun the shop and ended up in the 14s by the time i got home about 40 minutes later.

I'm glad you got home safe and sound Caroleann. Hypo's....... not good and also the highs that follow :( Take care and I hope your next shopping trip is a better one. Sheena
 
Thats very low. Glad you got home ok. Have you mentioned it to your GP? or nurse?
 
was 2.8 yesterday before dinner and didn't really feel much apart from hunger, worrying.........[just of those times I think]........

Glad you got through it OK.........

I often have lows in the supermarket on a Saturday due to the alcohol the previous night, always close to something tasty......[anything tastes good when your low....😉]
