Well done toffee - we are often our own worst enemies where exercise in general is concerned,

Hi toffee, what a great story. You must be so proud of yourself, I know I would be. I was diagnosed last week and go to docs today to find out about tablets. I started low carb straight away but not feeling any benefit yet, I;m sure I will when the tabs kick in. I have at least 4 stone to lose so seeing how you have lost so much weight makes me feel more positive.

This forum is very good at listening Toffee and also good at supporting and sharing experiences. You will be fine. Always think positive. The glass is always half full not half empty.
