Dont have any pain killers in house due to past behaviour, not taking that risk

Have just had a kip on settee its not so bad now, vision blurry a wee bit, if it still hurts tomorrow i will go to the walk in center in the city, it just seems beter if im in the dark eyes closed
im very very stressed at moment and think that this may have a lot to do with it

maybe a cool damp flannel on your forehead will help a little. This could be a migraine. If lying in the dark helps......

Defintely sounds like a migrane. Sleep or rest in a dark room should help.
