For those who live north of Hadrian's Fence, and who may not have already discovered it, the NHS Scotland My Diabetes My Way site has been updated and what was very good is now even better. There's an excellent video showing how to navigate the site and the features.
Folk south of the fence might like to have a shuftie to see how lucky we are up here when it comes to accessing data relating to our tests.

I managed to get in to the site again. It’s really a lot better. Put my food diary in one day, but couldn’t enter it for next day.i like the target picture, which shows at a glance where you sit on the poor ,good, level
