Good Afternoon,

I hope everyone is ok. I didn't sleep much last night however, I went to my mums, and am feeling better, watching movies, and spoke to a couple of friends over the phone. Looking forward to working later tonight at Wembley Arena.
What I find interesting is that although I practice complimentary therapies, it is so much trickier to find the time to practice on yourself. With regards to my diabetes - I go for 3 monthly HbA1c checks via my GP. (In case some of you are wondering how come I haven't mentioned that more - last reading was 46 or 6.4 in old money). For the first time I am acknowledging and accepting that depression/ anxiety is a part of my life and a part of me. I used to run in the opposite direction and would never dream of making that statement.....Until the next rant

Hope you are feeling better, there is nothing like the company of someone who cares to give you a lift, especially if it is mum.

I have noticed similar with advice, I know what to advise others but can't always follow my own advice...
