Can't stand greek yoghurt so it's

I carton of raspberry or strawberry or peach yoghurt .....not low fat , just normal

Chopped apple , blueberries

2 desert spoons of low sugar granola

2 desert spoons of mixed Brazil, cashew and almonds

Milk

Dinner is usually pan fried chicken , pork of beef together with ready made stir fry veg . If have fish I just steam both the fish and the veg in a microwave .

How's that sort of thing sound ?

No but I will give it a go . I find all yoghurt sharp but Greek yoghurt is that bad I struggle to eat it

You don't have to eat things you don't like - I have salads for breakfast these days, but in cooler months I tend to have a chop or steak with mushrooms or stirfry.

What about lunch? Some of that may be low sugar but high in carbs?

Fage Greek yoghurt isn't sharp at all. The 5% one is nice and creamy, as is the 2% one. The 0% one is horrible.

Lunch is livelife bread at the moment with chese or ham . I think it tastes like bricks
Never eaten bricks, so can't compare the two. 😛 Have you tried soya yogurt? Some of the flavoured ones contain carb - not sure how much - but I have the 'no sugar at all' kind for breakfast, which is zero carb. It'd be rank on its own, but I cover it with mixed seeds, walnuts, crunchy almond butter, and blueberries. That little lot comes in at under 10g carb. Yum!

Sounds like you're making some realistic changes and doing really well @Taffyboyslim. Nice one!

Skyr Icelandic style natural yogurt is 6gm carb per 150gm. The fruit versions are sweetened, so much higher. I found Skyr thicker, creamier and less sharp than other yogurts. Various outlets do it.
