Following lots of threads about injecting etc, today, well about 30 seconds ago I just did it! I've been munching a bit this afternoon so need a bit of NR, so i thought in the arm you go, twas fine! Don't know what I was worried about. Thanks guys/gals:D
 
well done it took me about a year to finally pluck up the courage to inject in the arm I was worried it would really hurt because my arms are quite slender but it's the easiest place I find to inject and least painful also so wish I hadn't left it so long! 🙄
 
well done rossi glad it was ok for you to inject there x
 
my favourite place to inject, least painful. But I do have to be careful about the scar tissue there.
