Hi my name is wendy i am 49 and live in walkden, for one reason and an other i have found myself on my own. Are there any other people in the same position who who like to meet up say for a coffee/night out in this area? Would be glad to hear from you. Wendy
 
Hi Wendy, welcome! I'm afraid I live quite a long way south of you - have you tried finding out if there's a Diabetes UK local group near you? Or perhpas ask the nurse at your clinic if he/she is aware of anyone local in a similar position?
