MRI results 1/4 any thoughts please - brain MRI

Relationship to Diabetes
Type 1
FINDINGS:
Mild generalised age-related atrophy.
Mild changes of small vessel ischaemic disease.
The brain is otherwise normal.
In particular, there is no evidence of demyelination, infarction or other focal parenchymal brain lesion.
No intracranial neoplasm.
Incidental, mild mucosal thickening affecting all the paranasal sinuses. Mild opacification of the mastoid air cells.

That bit is good as no MS 🙂

The "Mild generalised age-related atrophy" sounds normal, mine would probably be worse if it shows the alcohol as well as age.
"Mild changes of small vessel ischaemic disease"
Basically, ischaemic means blood supply can be restricted due to a blockage, or narrowing of a blood vessel.
That doesn't say what the baseline was, or how long the change has been over, did they comment on that, or suggest any treatment, or lifestyle changes?
Again though, it happens to all of us with age.
