Hi All,

My partner and I are hoping to make a move to Indonesia in the next year. However, we are not opposed of any of the surrounding countries. I was hoping if anyone who has lived in South East Asia could shed some light on how I should best go about with managing my TD1 care e.g. insulin, needles, annual check up, retinal screening etc etc - am I being too ambitious or can I actually make a move over there?

Thank you in advance to anyone who responds

Have you asked the Foreign Office what's available where? And don't forget, you'll most likely have to pay for prescription drugs even if they are available wherever. Your insulin manufacturer will be able to tell you whether your 'brand' is available in those countries.
