suggested that i might ask my GP about it. i was suprized at this i have lost 3 stones so far and am loosing 3-6 pounds a month Im quite happy with this as its natural and steady I dont think i need it as my control over BG levels is good and i watch what i eat and follow a low carb diet To be honest is not a diet its a change of lifestye to my eating habits Am i right to be happy with this?
