Hi

I'm a first time buyer and as part of my mortgage I was offered life cover on the mortgage, but was declined

I have no dependents, and was declined cover through Scottish Widows simply because of my diabetes. When going through the application, after declaring my diabetes, every corresponding question about it gave the most positive answer available, and I still got knocked back!

Has anyone had a similar experience?
