Hi all, I have noticed that my fasting levels can vary by quite a lot, I am not on medication and cannot see a pattern , I do think my menstrual cycle plays a big part but as far as food intake goes it can be anybodys guess what my next morning will show 😛
What does everyone else find ? Do your morning numbers vary and do you know why they are higher some days thanks in advance 🙂

Most days my reading is around 8 to 8.2 The DSN thought this was OK as I am working still to get better control.

Although I am at that age where my periods are becomming more irregular, I still get highs a few days each month.

It takes a while for things to settle down.

Look at your last meal in the evening, and think about having more complex carbs (things with whole meal and whole grains, fruit and vege) and see what happens.

mine range from 7.5 - 9.5 even if i have been good the day before, no reason. I believe heat has a lot to do with it though.
