I was personally very fond of the 'Nurse' emoji we had on DSF, to portray when people got dire advice from clueless nurses at their GP surgeries, who TerryG collectively christened 'Nursie Nightshade'. We all meet her at one stage or another !

Extra emojis great idea. Sometimes a like isn’t appropriate but another way of saying we hear / we’re there would be great.

Not looked at changing the standard set of emojis yet. The ones we have seem to cover most of the bases 🙂
