So this afternoon I sat and ate 50g of Cashew nuts, Blood 1 hour before was 6.5 and 1 hour after was 9.0, Perhaps I need to lower the amount I have 🙂 If you dont try then you will never know is my thinking.
 
It's the only effective way of finding out what you can tolerate and what you can't Rob. The motto on here is test test test which you are obviously doing. None of us enjoy high bgls and by testing we can keep them low. Carry on what you are doing to keep those numbers low. Good luck x
