I have been in remission for a couple of years but have been very silly and let things slip so I’m back in the diabetes range again, I have just bought a monitor and lancets as I lost my old one in a house move but I can’t remember what levels we aim for ? Can someone help please ?

Hi Wendy
Congratulations on going into remission after your diagnosis in Feb 2022 with HbA1c of 53.

Have you gone back to what you did then to get back on track?

Are you vegan or vegetarian? That might affect your target carbs.

Best of luck getting things back on track @WendyB61

Hope the information from your BG meter helps you steer in the right direction.

Let us know how you get on.
