On a low fat low calorie high carb diet I was almost spherical, and when I switched back to low carb with normal fats I lost 12 inches off my waist and 50lb without trying.
The advice given about losing weight is simply wrong for me. It doesn't work.
Same. My husband lost loads of weight just by cutting out milk. He was okay with cream and cheese and butter but the milk made a big difference.

Ah that makes a difference Inka I have a Tesco order going in tonight will try it thanks, will let you know what I think , hope you’ve got your tin helmet on if I don’t lol

Haha I’ll polish up my tin helmet just in case :D I like it because it has a mild taste and is good on cereal and to make milkshakes and iced coffees. I much prefer it to soya milk for that.

See what you think 🙂 I get mine from Tesco too.

Tried the coconut milk it was quite creamy especially ice cold but didn’t taste coconut hardly, bought the unsweetened one but quite palatable for a change , so you can take your tin hat off Inka

Excellent 🙂 Tin hat returned to cupboard:D

Glad you liked it. It’s my favourite of the non-dairy milks and is lower carb too as well as tasty. The long-life one tastes pretty much the same as the fresh one so is useful to keep in the cupboard for when you fancy it (it lasts a few months unopened).
