Hi, pre diabetic diagnosed on Monday, so still confused. My question is:
  • Are there any milkshakes/meal replacement that I can buy?
I know I can make them, but that currently isn't possible, so I wondered if there were any milkshakes I can buy. All the slimfast and other replacement shakes, are high in carbs/sugar. I understand that there are protein shakes, but I've seen conflicting info.
Thanks
Ann

Thank you, I'm finding the help on here invaluable, as I'm determined to eat correctly from now on, so need a few essentials to keep me going while I figure all this out. I've only lost 2 lbs, but my shape has definitely changed, not 'bloated'. But it's only been 6 days since I was told I was prediabetic. I want my 'numbers' to be completely different in 2 weeks when I have another blood test. Thank you.
